Heather J. Darling has focused her practice in areas of litigation with an emphasis in criminal, matrimonial, consumer fraud, commercial actions and estates. Prior to joining Casha and Casha, LLC she maintained offices in Roxbury, New Jersey. Her extensive courtroom experience started with a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Philip B. Cummis, J.S.C., New Jersey Superior Court, Essex County, New Jersey.
Separate and apart from her litigation experience, Heather Darling has extensive experience in all aspects of the commercial real estate investment business including lease drafting/negotiations, handling contractor bids, bidding for county government tenants, and daily operations and estate planning and administration.
Heather Darling received her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from New York University.
Heather is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars, the New Jersey State Bar Association, Morris County Bar Association, Seton Hall University Alumni Association, New York University Alumni Association. She is a Morris County Superior Court Special Civil Mediator, Morris County Bar Association Housing Partnership speaker, Roxbury Municipal Court Alternate Prosecutor 2008, Roxbury Municipal Court Alternate Public Defender 2009, and a Public Defender Pool Attorney for Sussex, Morris, and Warren Counties.
Heather is an Alumni of Leadership Morris 2008, a Commissioner of the Roxbury Twp. Economic Development Committee, the Roxbury Chamber of Commerce 2nd Vice President and Board Member, Roxbury Twp. Zoning Board Member 2005-2007, Roxbury Twp. Environmental Committee Commissioner 2005-2007 and a member of the Roxbury Rotary 2005-2007.
