Free initial consultation. Because each will contest has its own set of facts and circumstances, fixing a set fee may be impossible. Our current hourly rate is $300 per hour.  However there are occasions when will contests are handled on a contingent fee basis (33% of amount recovered) plus filing fees and other expenses. The fee structure will be established during the initial consultation.
