Most Municipal Court and Motor Vehicle Violations cases are charged on a flat fee basis. Because of the number of different types of cases and the fact that each case has it own facts and circumstances all fees cannot be list here.  However examples of average fees are as follows: Municipal Court and Motor Vehicle Violations, appearance with a plea $750, $1,000 trial; driving while suspended/revoked or uninsured $1,000 plea $1,500 trial; disorderly persons plea $750, $1,000 trial. A retainer will be determined at the time of the free initial consultation
