In the vast majority of estate administration/probate matters you will be given the opportunity of a fixed fee based on the facts and circumstances of the estate or being charged on an hourly basis.  Because each estate matter has its own set of facts and circumstances, fixing a set fee may be impossible. Our current hourly rate is $300 per hour.
