Free initial consultation. Because each criminal matter has its own set of facts and circumstances, fixing a set fee may be impossible. Our current hourly rate is $300 per hour.  During the initial free consultation, there may be the possibility to establish a flat fee.  A retainer will be determined at the time of the free initial consultation.
