Free initial consultation. Because each contract negotiation matter has its own set of facts and circumstances, fixing a set fee may be impossible. Our current hourly rate is $300 per hour.  During the initial free consultation, there may be the possibility to establish a flat fee.  A retainer (if any) will be determined at the time of the free initial consultation.

However, there is the possibility of plaintiff’s contract litigation matters being handled on a contingent fee basis (1/3 (33.3%) of amount recovered) plus filing fees and other expenses. This can be determined at the time of the free initial consultation.
