Free initial consultation. During the initial free consultation, there may be the possibility to establish a flat fee for the title closing.  However, each commercial real estate/ land use/zoning and planning board transaction has its own set of facts and circumstances. Fixing a set fee may be impossible. Our current hourly rate is $300 per hour. A retainer will be established at the time of the free initial consultation.
