Free initial consultation. Because each business transaction has its own set of facts and circumstances, fixing a set fee may be impossible. Our current hourly rate is $300 per hour.  During the initial free consultation, there may be the possibility to establish a flat fee.  A retainer (if any) will be determined at the time of the free initial consultation.

However certain business formations such as corporations and Limited Liability Companies (LLC) are currently charged a flat legal fee of $650 plus filing fees and other expenses.
