Free initial consultation. Because each family law case has its own set of facts and circumstances, fixing a set fee is impossible. Our current hourly rate is $300 per hour.  A retainer will be established at the time of the free initial consultation. (Divorce, alimony, custody, guardianships, adoptions etc.)
