Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. Ms. Eckert-Casha also graduated summa cum laude with a Masters in Consumer Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Education. In 1998, she was selected as one
of the twenty-five attorneys to participate in The Bankruptcy Inn of Court and her case load focuses on financially-based law, including wills, estates and estate planning, bankruptcies and personal injury.
Ms. Eckert-Casha has been one of the twelve appointees to the State Board of Psychological Examiners and has also served as a mediator for the Morris County Superior Court, Special Civil Part. She was appointed to
the Special Civil Practice Committee under the auspices of the Administrative Office of the Courts for the State of New Jersey. She has served as the Morris County Co-Chairman for the 1996 Gubenatorial
Election Campaign, Chairperson of the Montville Township Adult Community Annual Symposium, Board of Directors for the Lakeland Hills Family YMCA and is a strong advocate for the rights of the elderly.
